Jail sentences were given, probation terms, fines and warrant issued in court today.
Chad E. Hussong of Weston, 39, was ordered to serve one year in jail and three years probation for a fifth offense of operating while intoxicated. He must also undergo alcohol and drug assessment and follow through and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. His drivers license was revoked for two years. He was fined $500 plus court costs. A second charge of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration was dismissed.
Jeremy J. Kreush of Merrill, 27, was sentenced to one year probation for theft. He must also pay restitution in the amount of $275 and court costs.
James O. Gibbs of Charlotte Court, 34, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and two years probation for felony bail jumping. In a separate case he also received a two year probation sentence, which will run concurrent, for misdemeanor bail jumping. In the plea agreement, charges of second degree reckless injury, aggravated battery, disorderly conduct, felony bail jumping and possessing drug paraphernalia were dismissed. He must go through alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with counseling and pay restitution with court costs.
Molly M. Rustick of Aniwa, 21, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua I. Miller of Forrest Avenue, 28, failed to appear for a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Pat A. Snellings of Wausau, 27, was sentenced to 73 days in jail, which have already been served and three years probation for burglary. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 3 years probation but the two will run concurrent. He must pay restitution of $60.26 and court costs. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.
Brian E. Schalmo of Lutts Tennessee, 40, was sentenced to three years probation for sex registry violation.
