Langlade County criminal court activity 03.17.2014

Some bonds were set, probation terms ordered and warrants authorized for criminal cases in Langlade County court today.

Kevin J. Husnick of Hudson Street, 31, was ordered to have a $500 cash bond forfeited to Langlade County. He was on bond for charges of possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on March 31.

Shelbie Klopp of Highway 45, 22, had bond set at $300 cash on charges of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her next court date is set for March 24.

Cathy J. Maki of Suring, 43, had bond set at $200 cash for charges of disorderly conduct and battery. She is scheduled to return to court on April 21.

Alexander J. Schrieber of Arctic Street, 19, failed to appear for charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. An arrest warrant with $500 bond was ordered.

Makayla J. Schultz of Huggins Road, 19, failed to appear for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A body only bench warrant was authorized for her arrest.

Darrin P. Wilson of Crandon, 26, received $1000 signature bond for charges of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on April 28.

Jeffrey J. Jones of Bowler, 35, received a sentence of one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He must also undergo alcohol and drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs. Other charges of operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed.

Haley N. Ferguson of Edison Street, 32, failed to appear in court for charges of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The court authorized a body only warrant for her arrest.
