Langlade County criminal court activity for Monday, March 10, 2014. New charges were filed for drugs and criminal traffic and bonds were set.
Lorrenda Fritz of Fremont, 45, received a $500 signature bond with condition of no contact with Fleet Farm. She is accused of three counts of issuing worthless checks. She is scheduled to return to court on May 12.
Christopher L. Lanier of Duchac Street, 35, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. His next court date is set for April 7.
Daniel E. Neumann of Saratoga Street, 38, received a $10,000 signature bond for a charge of theft by false representation of more than $10,000. He is scheduled to return to court on April 14.
Haley N. Ferguson of Edison Street, 31, failed to appear in court for charges of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The Judge authorized a warrant but stayed until 03/17/2014, which is her next court date.
New charges were filed today for the following:
Lisa L. Rose of Rangeline Road, 41, possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Benjamin Curtis Rugotska of Townsend, 29, possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Rychtik of Sixth Avenue, 47, disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping and felony bail jumping.
Patrick John Eppolite Jr. of Wausau, 20, burglary into a building or dwelling. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Richard Robert Burnett-Hoeppner of County Rd. Y, 20, resisting or obstructing an officer and receiving or concealing stolen property.
Kayle Rae Fish of Neopit, 25, second offense of operating while intoxicated and operating while revoked.
Mark A. Szarkowitz of Kaukauna, 46, fourth offense of operating while intoxicated.
