Langlade County criminal court activity 03.04.2015

Aaron J. Larock, 36, of Lily, was fined $200 plus court costs for disorderly conduct.

Daniel C. Jueck, 28, of Elm Street, was sentenced to nine months jail and three years probation for throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker. He must attend counseling and pay court costs. He was also sentenced to two years probation for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. The probation terms run concurrent.

Brian E. Olds, 25, of Crandon, failed to appear in court for a charge of operating while revoked. A warrant with $500 bond was authorized for his arrest.

Joshua T. Buchholz, 36, of Kiel, received a jail sentence of 125 days with a $2,135 fine for operating while intoxicated third offense. His drivers license was revoked for 27 months. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year and undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. Court costs must also be paid.

Pat A. Snellings, 28, of Wausau, was ordered to state prison during a revocation hearing. A term of two years initial confinement and three years of extended supervision must be completed for two burglary convictions. $3,000 in restitution was also ordered.

David A. Smith Jr., 18, of Wausau, received a two year deferred judgment for causing a child under age 13 to view or listen to a sex act. A two year probation term was also ordered for two counts of exposing genitals to a child.
