Carissa L. Drake, 31, of Deresch Street, received a reduction in bond from $300 cash down to $300 signature for a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Her next court date is March 16.

Brittany A. Devos, 19, of Phelps, was sentenced to 18 months probation for an amended charge of fourth degree sexual assault and resisting or obstructing an officer. She must also undergo counseling, have no contact with minor males, and pay court costs.

Kathryn J. Raith, 49, of Summit Lake, was fined $50 plus court costs for possessing drug paraphernalia. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Bryan C. Alloway, 32, of Clermont Street, received a prison sentence during a revocation hearing. He was ordered to serve one year in prison and one year of extended supervision. The conviction was for possession of narcotic drugs and possession of marijuana. He will receive 79 days credit.

Jami S. Biesik, 31, of Fifth Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for a charge of theft. Court costs and restitution must also be paid. Charges of burglary and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed.

Norman Mason, 43, of Phlox, received a one year probation term for disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and counseling. Court costs must be paid. A charge of false imprisonment was dismissed.

New charges filed today:

Gary Koskey, 52, of Ringle, is charged with two counts of issuing worthless checks. The incidents occurred last July. An arrest warrant has been issued with a $300 bond.
