Ashleigh P. Kinney, 29, of Fifth Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for possessing drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

William C. Jensen, 25, of South Clermont Street, received a one year probation term for criminal damage to property. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and anger management counseling. In addition to court costs, he must pay restitution of $1,282.85. Charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed.

Brandon S. Poltrock, 28, of Superior Street, was sentenced to one year probation for theft and possessing marijuana as a second or subsequent offense. He must also pay court costs and restitution of $588.94. Alcohol or drug assessment was ordered. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.

Marissa M. Tietsort, 24, of Aniwa, received a 30 day jail term for misdemeanor bail jumping, a ten day jail term for another bail jumping charge, and an additional five day term for yet another bail jumping charge. She was also sentenced to one year probation for resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping and possessing a controlled substance. She must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. Additional charges of bail jumping, and possessing an illegally obtained prescription were dismissed.
