Jeffrey C. Sickinger, 30, of Aniwa, was sentenced to one year probation for possessing drug paraphernalia as a repeater. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Levi B. Krimmer, 18, of Seventh Avenue, failed to appear in court on a theft charge. A body-only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Aaron J. Turcotte, 21, of County Road H, received a twenty day jail term with one year probation for misdemeanor bail jumping. He was also sentenced to one year probation for theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, running concurrent. A one year deferred judgment was ordered for possessing marijuana as a second offense.

Joshua J. Turcotte, 26, of County Road H, received a nine month jail term during a probation revocation hearing for possessing marijuana second offense. He will receive 50 days credit for time already served.

Zachary M. Moore, 23, of Fifth Avenue, received a sentence of ten days jail, which has already been served for operating without a valid license third offense within three years. He was also ordered to pay court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct.

Shawn C. Geis, 33, of Fredonia, failed to appear in court for a charge of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order injunction. A body-only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

New charges filed today:

Joseph Timothy Grooms of Lincoln Street, 31, is charged with child abuse intentionally cause harm, disorderly conduct, battery and criminal trespass to dwelling. The incidents occurred on January 30. A warrant has been authorized for his arrest.

Eron W. Gorr of Weed Street, 33, is charged with possessing drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 23.
