Langlade County criminal court activity 02.05.2015. Many jail terms ordered, new charges filed and prison sentence for drugs.

Zeth A. Ashton, 19, of Aniwa, was ordered to 15 days jail for failing to pay a fine for criminal damage to property.

Ryan L. Bessert, 35, of Highway D, was ordered to serve 15 days jail for failing to pay a fine for operating while suspended.

Amanda M. Bocek, 32, of Pickerel, received a 20 day jail term for failing to pay a fine for disorderly conduct.

Lee V. Bell, 43, of Irving Street, was sentenced to three years in state prison with three years extended supervision for possession with intent to deliver marijuana as a repeater and possession of firearm by felon. Charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Austin J. Dumke, 17, of Green Bay, received a 60 day jail term for failing to pay a fine for possession of marijuana.

Timothy J. Hopkins, 27, of Graham Street, was ordered to serve a 20 day jail term for failing to pay a fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.


Justin E. McGarry, 28, of White Lake, received a 10 days jail sentence for failing to pay fines for operating while intoxicated third offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Molly M. Rustick, 22, failed to pay a fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, a 20 day jail term was ordered.



New charges filed today:

Nicholas J. Volpi, 32, of Lincoln Street, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater and operating while revoked. The offenses occurred on January 27. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 9.
