Langlade County criminal court activity 02.04.2015.

Craig W. Walters, 45, of Highway S, received a one year deferred judgment for battery domestic abuse. He was also fined $100 plus costs for disorderly conduct domestic abuse.

Cassandra M. Wildman of Graham Avenue, 27, was ordered to serve 31 days jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering amphetamine. A two year deferred judgment was ordered for felony bail jumping. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Reeca J. Herman of Balsam Street, 23, received a nine month probation term with counseling for possession of marijuana.

Matthew J. Howard, 24, of East Eighth Avenue, failed to appear in court for a charge of disorderly conduct as a repeater. A body-only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Dustin M. Widder, 21, of State Road 64, was sentenced to two years probation with alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and costs costs for resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater and disorderly conduct as a repeater.

Anthony J. Flasch, 29, of North Avenue, received a jail sentence during a revocation hearing. Ninety days jail was ordered for disorderly conduct with a thirty day term, running concurrent, for possession of drug paraphernalia. He will receive credit for 94 days of time served.

Dominic JL Becerra, 37, of Tenth Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation with alcohol assessment and follow through for possessing drug paraphernalia as a repeater. Possession of a controlled substance and possession of an illegally obtained prescription were dismissed.

Derek L. Rector, 27, of Tenth Avenue, received a sentence of one year jail time during a revocation hearing for possession of narcotic drugs. He will receive credit for 72 days of time already served.

Daniel C. Brown, 51, of Rhinelander, will serve 45 days in jail for operating while intoxicated third offense. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay a fine of $1,694. His drivers license is revoked for 24 months. An ignition interlock device must be installed on his vehicle for one year.



New charges filed today:

Andrew D. Guenthner of Fifth Avenue, 19, is charged with forgery and felony bail jumping, which occurred on January 6. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
