Teresa M. Condit of Bowler, 26, failed to appear in court for three open cases with charges of felony bail jumping. operating without a valid license second offense within three years, receiving or concealing stolen property, retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor bail jumping. A body-only warrant was authorized for her arrest.
Dean P. Arrowood of Second Avenue, 35, received a reduction in bond from $850 cash to $400 cash for charges of operating while intoxicated third offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration third offense. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol. He is scheduled to return to court on February 23.
Brian M. James of Graham Avenue, 25, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of operating while revoked. His next court appearance is set for February 17.
Jessica A. Mckay, 25, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and operating while revoked. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol. She is scheduled to return to court on February 17.
Aaron J. Turcott of County Road H, 21, received an amended bond of $500 cash for three cases with charges of possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping, strangulation and suffocation, felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct and theft. His next court date is set for February 10.
