An Antigo man will spend a few days in jail and some time on probation for his crimes.
James J. Pendleton of Weed Street, 25, had four separate cases heard in court today. The charges consist of two disorderly conduct charges, theft and five misdemeanor bail jumping charges. He was sentenced to ten days in jail for one of the bail jumping counts, with three days credit. One year of probation for a disorderly conduct charge. Probation for eighteen months was ordered for a separate bail jumping charge. One year of probation for another disorderly conduct charge. Many counts were dismissed in the plea agreement. All of the terms run concurrent, so he will be on probation for a total of eighteen months.
Lisa L. Rockstroh of County Road F, 44, was sentenced to one year of probation for a charge of criminal damage to property. She must also pay $496.01 in restitution.
