Jensen, Chapman are Elcho royalty

Brett Jensen and Arrielle Chapman reigned as king and queen over Elcho High School prom festivities Saturday, enjoying “An Evening in Venice.” Couples lined up for the grand march early, at 8 p.m., and promenaded before parents and friends in the gymnasium prior to the court announcement.
