It has been a tough winter on snow budgets

The city of Antigo and Langlade County are waiting for winter to end, too. After running snow removal equipment from the fall of 2012, the city’s street and county’s highway departments are ready to move on, start fixing potholes and patching roads for the busy late spring and summer season.
