Friday Court activity includes drugs, stolen car, disorderly & more

According to news reports and court records, some of the appearances on Friday include an array of criminal cases. Jason J. Cartwright of Fifth Avenue, age 36, received a sentence of one year of probation for disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. He had been arrested due to an argument with a woman. Charges of bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Michael K. Fermanich of Elm Street, age 17, received a fine of $100 plus costs for disorderly conduct. Raymond A. Ullman of County Road I, age 32, entered pleas of not guilty for 2 bail jumping charges. He is accused of drinking alcohol while ordered not to do so. Jessi L. Garnder of Aniwa, age 19, received a sentence of 5 months jail for a theft charge. She has already completed 109 days. Her probation had been revoked. Christopher Jamroz of DePere, age 26, received a sentence of 4 years of probation for charges of fleeing an officer and operating a vehicle without consent. Additional charges were dismissed. The offense occurred on December 15, 2012. Law enforcement was busy today with the following incidents: A 40 year old man was cited for a third offense of driving without a license today. A 19 year old Antigo man was taken into custody for drunk driving around 2:00am today. He was stopped near South Superior Street and Forest Avenue. His passenger was cited for underage drinking. An unruly 39 year old Antigo man was arrested early this morning for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer after he would not settle down.
