Fish, game hearings Monday evening

The public will have an opportunity to weigh in on a wide variety of proposed fish and wildlife rule changes, including a Conservation Congress proposal to register all nonmotorized boats, at the 2013 Department of Natural Resources spring fish and wildlife rules hearings and annual Conservation Congress county meeting Monday.
