The Department of Natural Resources/Conservation Congress spring hearing was a quiet event in Langlade County Monday at Antigo High School’s Volm Theater.
The theater, which holds a crowd of about 500, was almost empty as Tim Otto, a conservation warden with the Antigo station, opened the session as hearing officer.
