Fifth OWI for Keshena man

According to news reports, a Keshena man was arrested for his fifth offense of operating while intoxicated. Apparently he was traveling slowly, which tipped off the deputy to clock him while he was near Highways 45 and 47. A check indicated that he did not have a valid license, so a stop and field sobriety tests were done, which prompted the OWI charge.
