A perfect opportunity to clean out those accumulated outmoded televisions, outdated computers and just about any electronic device with a cord arrives this weekend at the Langlade County Fairgrounds.
The electronic recycling event will be held Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon in the multi-purpose building, with proceeds benefiting AVAIL and the Good News Project of Wausau.
Electronics will be recycled for 40 cents per pound with all proceeds beyond the cost of the recycling benefit the non-profit groups.
