Elcho man flees from deputy, caught in home

An Elcho man who allegedly refused to stop when signaled and then tried to escape capture by running into his home is being charged with obstructing an officer. The incident occurred at about 2:15 a.m. today when a Langlade County sheriff’s deputy tried to stop the car because of a malfunctioning headlamp and because it was not properly registered.
