Drunk drivers receive penalties in court Tuesday

Three men appeared in Langlade County Court and received penalties for driving drunk. Daniel W. Horn, age 50, of Gleason, was fined $887.50, his drivers license was revoked for six months, he must undergo alcohol assessment in order to get his license back for his first offense of operating while intoxicated. Elton Henderson, age 58, of Weed Street received the same penalty as Mr. Horn, also for a first offense of drunk driving. Russell Rohrbeck of Oxford, age 54, received a fine of $452.50, and he must undergo alcohol assessment. He was injured while riding an ATV while intoxicated in the Elcho area in May.
