Deal reached for important sale on Rhinelander, Mosinee paper mills

The Rhinelander and Mosinee paper mills have a new owner, and a new name—Expera Specialty Solutions LLC. On Monday, Wausau Paper Corp. and KPS Capital Partners LP, a New York private equity firm, announced the final agreement to transfer ownership of the two mills, known as Wausau Specialty Papers, which will join with Thilmany facilities in DePere and Kaukauna to become the largest specialty paper manufacturer in the U.S. Full Story: Antigo Daily Journal
