Damaged traffic light from Deputy's squad car

According to new reports today, a Langlade County squad car damaged a traffic light at the intersection of Highway 45 and 64 on the north side of town. Deputy Brian Lenzner was driving the squad when the accident occurred. There was no damage to the vehicle. The Antigo police will be investigating.

I am just wondering if somebody could please help a few of us out here...If he knocked down the lights, how in the world could there be no damage to the vehicle? That has got us really baffled

Probably with the brush guard on the front of the squad...

That is what I thought, but from what I understood he was a city cop and those cars don't have brush guards...I may have misunderstood that

Lenzner is a county cop and it was a county car that hit the light, but the Antigo PD are the ones investigating it.

Keep an eye on the lights , please.

Just curious if he will get a ticket for wreckless driving or have to pay for the damages like any of the rest of us would ......
