City meets Wednesday on debt plan, take other actions

The Antigo Common Council will refinance some existing debt on Wednesday, but the payments will not come out of city coffers. Aldermen will convene at 6 p.m. in the chambers at City Hall. Read More: Antigo Daily Journal
