The incident occurred at a residence in the town of Polar on Thursday afternoon. Police were called with reports of a man shooting a rifle in his yard. Eventually, officers called Biddell's telephone and he came out of the home and surrendered. He was intoxicated.
Biddell had a large caliber rifle magazine in his pocket. Inside the home officers found a 12-gauge shotgun, a loaded AK-47 rifle, ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
