Between a very harsh winter, pending storm, corn harvested

There are a few things you don’t expect to see on a sunny April 2 afternoon, especially after one of the coldest and most snowy winters on record. But there it was: Tom Schmidt rolling across a field northeast of Antigo combining corn from the 2013 growing season making his very likely first harvest of the 2014 season.
