Ball charged again for lewd behavior & other court activity

Jacob Ball has been charged again with lewd, lascivious behavior in public. A few warrants were authorized for non-appearances also.

Jacob L. Ball of Deleglise Street, 26, was charged from an incident that occurred on March 27. He currently has two other open cases in Langlade County with charges of battery by prisoners, causing a child under 13 to view or listen to a sexual act, exposing genitals to a child, child enticement with exposure of sex organ, false imprisonment, lewd/lascivious behavior in public and disorderly conduct.


In October of 2013 a charge of lewd/lascivious behavior in public was dismissed.


In August of 2012 he was convicted of lewd/lascivious behavior by exposure and was sentenced to 8 months in jail.


In 2010 another charge of lewd/lascivious behavior by exposure was dismissed.


Another case in 2005 was dismissed which included charges of child enticement with exposure of sex organ.


In 2004 he was convicted of causing a child under 13 to view or listen to a sexual act. He received 6 months jail time with probation, which is was revoked in 2006 and he was sent to state prison for 4 1/2 years.

In other court matters today, Kenny Richard Eldridge of Graham Avenue, 43, had a cash bond set at $450 for charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. He entered a plea of not guilty. Conditions of his bond are that he not use alcohol and not have violent contact with the victim. He is scheduled to return to court on May 12.

Logan L. Rowe of Crestwood Road, 22, entered a plea of not guilty for a charge of disorderly conduct. He received a $1000 signature bond with a condition of no violent contact with the victim in the case. His next court date is May 12.

Scott R. Hamilton of Summit Lake, 47, had his bond set at $150 cash for a charge of disorderly conduct. He entered a plea of not guilty. Conditions of his bond are not to possess any firearms and not to have contact with the victims in the case. He is scheduled to return to court on May 12.

Justin H. McAbee-Jensen of Fifth Avenue, 23, had bond set at $350 cash for charges of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. He is ordered to refrain from using alcohol and not to have contact with the victims. His next court date is May 12.

George A. Packard of Mapleview Road, 48, had bond set at $300 cash for a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. He entered a plea of not guilty. He is scheduled to return to court on May 12.

Anitra L. Pemma of Wabeno, 29, failed to appear in court for charges of operating while intoxicated as a fourth offense within five years and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration as a fourth offense. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest. A hearing will be held to determined if her bond will be forfeited.

Brandon S. Poltrock of Superior Street, 27, failed to appear in court for a charge of operating without a valid drivers license as a second offense within three years. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

New charges filed today:

Craig A. Thunder of Neopit, 27, was charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotics and possession with intent to deliver cocaine as a second or greater offense. The incident took place on April 6. His next court date is May 12.

Nevada L. Webster of Keshena, 35, was charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotics and possession with intent to deliver cocaine. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 14.
