Construction is moving ahead on a new apartment complex known as Pebble Ridge on Charlotte Street and Steinfest Road, which will be a lot like a small city when it is completed in 2015.
The project, which experienced some delays earlier this year, is rolling ahead now with one of the apartments and the clubhouse taking shape. It was projected to be completed by the end of 2014, but the delays set things back into the next year.
