An Antigo woman has been arrested on allegations she and another female injected a syringe filled with liquid morphine into the arm of a 12-year old girl.
Nicole L. Bessert, 20, was arrested over the weekend for the January assault and on Monday, she appeared before Langlade County Judge Fred Kawalski on four criminal counts. They include physical abuse of a child, false imprisonment, contributing to the delinquency of a child and intimidation of a victim. Three of the counts are felonies.
