Area parks will be taking on a colorful hue this weekend when the Easter Bunny, with assistance from local helpers, dots the landscape with a collection of eggs ready for super-sleuthing youngsters eager to find a prize.
The City of Antigo will host its annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at City Park.
According to Sarah Repp, the city’s Park and Recreation director, over 4,000 pre-stuffed eggs will be hidden at the park located off Aurora Street. The hunt will be divided into age groups for crawlers and new walkers, children ages 3 to 5 and 6 to 8.
