Antigo native operates rescue program for horses, farm cattle

Antigo native Bill Blemke is mixing hard-nosed business sense with a soft heart. Blemke, 58, of Irma is the founder of Cattle Rescue Inc., a nonprofit organization that is in the midst of a substantial fund-raising campaign to construct a receiving and holding facility for malnourished and mistreated cattle.
