An Antigo man who has racked up multiple cases in Langlade County has received a sentence of incarceration in state prison.
Jerry M. Piper of Fifth Avenue, 36, had four separate cases open in Langlade County, those cases consisted of the following charges:
2 counts of forgery
1 count of theft of movable property
1 count of issuing worthless checks
2 counts of disorderly conduct
1 count of criminal damage to property
1 count of felon in possession of a firearm
1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia
6 counts of felony bail jumping.
In a plea agreement, many charges were dismissed.
He received a sentence of 2 years of probation for a forgery count, and also 2 years probation for the theft count, but, the two run concurrent, so the total time is 2 years.
For two of the felony bail jumping counts, he was sentenced to 2 years probation, again, running concurrent with others.
For another felony bail jumping count he was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in state prison with 2 years of extended supervision.
