Antigo man to be sentenced on two heroin sale counts

A rural Antigo man arrested in connection with an investigation linked to the local distribution of heroin will wait until April before learning his punishment. Tuesday in Langlade County Circuit Court, Kenneth Rockstroh, 60, of W9277 Highway F pleaded no contest to two charges involving the drug’s sale or manufacture. Two additional counts were dismissed as were charges of maintaining a place for the trafficking of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Full Story: Antigo Daily Journal
