Bail was set in Langlade County for an assortment of cases including theft, reckless endangerment and child abuse.
Archie J. Biddell III, age 22, of Crestwood Road had his bail amount reduced from $25,000 cash to $15,000 for charges of possession of a firearm as a felon, possession of firearm while intoxicated and 1st degree reckless endangerment of safety. He is accused of having a stand-off with law enforcement at his home on July 4.
A $200 signature bond was set for Dean Saternus of Pickerel, age 61, for charges of disorderly conduct that was domestic in nature. He entered a plea of not guilty.
Tanya Menting, 26, of Center Street received a $500 signature bond for a charge of child neglect. The charges were brought after a child went to the hospital after taking 2 pills of Benedryl, when police visited the home, it was found to be unsuitable for children. Social services will be involved with the case.
Crystal S. Brewton of Lincoln Street, age 25, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A pot pipe was found in her home back in May.
Charles D. Manuel of Lawton Oklahoma, age 35, received a bond of $2,000 cash for a felony charge of retail theft. He allegedly stole nearly $800 worth of items from the Antigo Walmart store. Some of the items were hair products, clothing and bottles of alcohol. He was arrested after a traffic stop when he and others had fled from Walmart.
A $150 cash bond was set for Paul D. Mitchell, 37, of Weed Street, for 3 counts of retail theft. He is accused of stealing from the Antigo Walmart also. The video at the store showed Mitchell also stealing on July 2 and July 3 as well as on July 5.
Dallas A Davis, 22, of Virginia Street, entered a plea of not guilty for allegedly absconding without paying rent.
Sierra Blahnik of Bear Lake Road, age 17, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct from an incident in April at school.
