Absentee ballot users in state will need to have a photo ID

The city of Antigo is ready.

Thousands of Wisconsin voters who requested absentee ballots will have to present copies of their photo identification to have those ballots counted.

City clerk/treasurer Kay Matucheski said today her office is geared up for the identification changes heading this way for the fall election amd the first element is the absentee ballots.
