The 451st US Army Marching Band from Fort Snelling, MN will be marching in the White Lake parade at noon. Then at 2pm the band will be playing a concert at the Lake Pavilion. Sponsorship and costs of the band's lodging covered by community businesses, organizations, and a number of individuals.
