2 years prison & 3 years supervision for auto thefts

According to news reports and court records, a man from the Polar area has been ordered to serve prison time for his offenses. Derek Pavek, 31, received the sentence after entering a plea of no contest for charges of operating a vehicle without owner consent (2 counts), theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is also required to pay restitution of $1,238. He has already served 156 days in jail, which will come off his total incarceration time.
