There is no word on the condition of a young boy who fell through the ice in the channel between Lake Kawaguesaga and Lake Minocqua. The Minocqua Police Department, Woodruff Police Department and Oneida County Sheriff's Office all responded to a 911 call on Sunday afternoon, shortly after 4PM, saying a 13 year old boy was struggling to get out of the water because of the thin ice in the area. Working together, members of all agencies were able to rescue the boy.
