Marie Kretz, believed to be the oldest resident living in Langlade County, marked her 107th birthday this week at Rosalia Gardens with friends and family.
Mrs. Kretz has spent her life in the Antigo area after being born in Embarass and married Ray Kretz in Antigo.
The couple lived most of their lives together, had a son, Dan, who resides in Antigo, but Ray is deceased. Mrs. Kretz lives very comfortably at the hosptial-owned residential complex on the northeast side of Antigo.
