White Lake man guilty of heroin charges

A White Lake man has come to a plea deal on charges of manufacturing or delivering heroin, theft, etc. in Langlade County court. Various other cases were resolved also. Randy L. Aiuppy of White Lake, 59, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of credit card financial transaction and two counts of manufacture or deliver heroin in court on Monday, December 30. A theft charge, possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of manufacture or deliver heroin was dismissed. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. He is set to return to court on February 21 for sentencing. Alejandro Enriquez of Mattoon, 27, had $1,000 cash bond forfeited from failure to appear in court for operate without valid license (2nd offense within 3 years) & resisting or obstructing an officer in court on Friday, January 3. Ronald Todd Beyer of Deerbrook, 47, was fined $50 plus costs for a disorderly conduct charge with deferred judgment for one year. In the plea agreement, the charge was amended to remove a domestic abuse enhancer. Kenneth J. Murphy of Elcho, 25, received one year probation and $100 fine plus costs for possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Joan Gehrig of Pelican Rapids, 50, received a fine of $887.50 for operating while intoxicated. She must undergo alcohol assessment and her drivers license was revoked for six months. The incident occurred in October in Elcho.
