New criminal charges filed today 10.28.2014.
Kassandra J. Declark of Edison Street, 32, is charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent and resisting or obstructing an officer, both as a repeater. The incidents occurred on October 19. She is scheduled to return to court on November 24.
Joshua I. Miller of Hayward, 29, is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana as a repeater. His next court date is November 3.
Gilbert A. Forster Jr. of State Road 64, 33, is charged with theft. The incident happened on December 25, 2013. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 10.
Keah M. Forster of State Road 64, 30, is also charged with theft from an incident on December 25, 2013. An initial appearance is set for November 10.
