Man Narrowly Avoids 4-Wheeler Accident In Langlade County

On Wednesday morning, the Antigo Vet Clinic reported a dog bite of a person in the parking lot. A woman was taking a man's dog to the vet for severe arthritis, and he bit the handler as she attempted to get the dog out of the car. The dog was not up to date on its shots. The owner told the woman to just leave. Police called the man and told him to quarantine in the dog.

Just after 6PM, a Langlade County man stated he was riding his 4-wheeler on the trail near Sherry Road, when two ATV's driven by younger kids sped around the corner and nearly struck the man head on. He stated he went off the trail to avoid the accident. He got license plates of the two machines.
