Langlade County recent criminal court activity (03.13.2014)

A handful of cases were dealt with in court the last few days.

Dwayne M. Gresser of Summit Lake, 38, was found guilty of manufacturing or delivering marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by a jury. A status conference is set for March 17.

Thomas J. Brand of Elm Street, 25, was sentenced to 18 months probation for entering a locked vehicle and misdemeanor bail jumping. Other charges were dismissed.

Raymond A. Ullman of County I, 32, received a sentence of 1 year probation for disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping and theft of movable property. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail for misdemeanor bail jumping.

James J. Pendleton of White Lake, 25, received a $500 signature bond for charges of criminal trespass to dwelling, criminal damage to property and theft of movable property. He is scheduled to return to court on June 11.

Jason L. Springer of Pearson, 34, was fined $50 plus court costs for disorderly conduct. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed.

Dion J. Migas of Elcho, 25, was fined $50 plus court costs for resisting or obstructing an officer.
