Langlade County criminal court activity Thursday (02.20.2014)

A few jail sentences were given for drunk driving. Some probation terms were ordered also.

Jason A. Dolski of Minocqua, 34, was sentenced to 3 years probation, alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and 100 hours of community service for possession of methamphetamine.

Kody J. Deacy of Deleglise Street, 20, was ordered to 70 days in jail for probation revocation on a charge of disorderly conduct. He had already served the time stated.

Rodney A. Ingalls of Field Street, 51, received a 60 day jail sentence, $1689 fine, 26 months drivers license revocation and 1 year of ignition interlock device installed for a fourth offense of operating while intoxicated. Charges of felony bail jumping, operating while revoked and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed in that case. In a separate case, he was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $458.66 for property damage but the charges of operating a motor vehicle after revocation causing property damage and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed. Also dismissed were charges of knowingly operating while revoked (causing property damage), reckless driving endangering safety, falsifying an accident report and felony bail jumping.

Steven Konitzer of Dorr Street, 20, received a sentence of 2 years probation for possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and theft. Charges of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. A deferred judgment in an older case for disorderly conduct was revoked. For that revocation he was ordered to serve 78 days in jail, which was already completed.

Bruce R. Nehls of New London, 57, was sentenced to 140 days in jail, alcohol or drug assessment with follow through, 28 months drivers license revocation, 1 year ignition interlock device and a $2,115 fine for a fourth offense of operating while intoxicated. Two traffic violation citations were dismissed for failure to stop and driving too fast for conditions.
