Langlade County criminal court activity Monday (03.03.2014)

Bonds were set, warrant authorized & case resolved in criminal court today.

Paul Leroy Maus of Deerbrook, 50, had a cash bond set at $100 for a charge of possession of marijuana. His next court date is set for March 24.

Todd Allen Queen of Wabeno, 20, failed to appear in court for charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench warrant was authorized for his arrest. A bond forfeiture hearing will be held in the future for a $200 cash bond that was posted.

Denise M. Stevens of Deerbrook, 40, received a $250 signature bond for a charge of disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to return to court on March 31.

Kevin J. Stevens of Elcho, 46, also received a $250 signature bond on a charge of disorderly conduct. His next court date is March 31.

Cody J. Umentum of Oshkosh, 19, had his bond set at $200 cash for charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on March 27.

Donald A. Incha of Ackley Road, 38, received a sentence of one year probation, domestic abuse counseling and $100 fine for disorderly conduct. A charge of false imprisonment was dismissed in a plea agreement.
