Langlade County criminal court activity 12.29.2014.

Alek P. Koeppel of Virginia Street, 20, was sentenced to ten days jail and one year probation for resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater.

Stephanie M. Lewis of North Hogan Street, 35, received a one year probation term for an amended charge of attempted theft. She must also pay court costs. The original charge was misappropriating ID information to obtain money.

Amber M. Rudolph of First Avenue, 27, was sentenced to 18 months probation for resisting or obstructing an officer, misdemeanor bail jumping, receiving or concealing stolen property and retail theft. Charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and bail jumping were dismissed.

Bradley A. Bricko of Ninth Avenue, 44, was fined $100 plus court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct county ordinance. He was originally charged with resisting or obstructing an officer.

Sarah E. Mueller of Wausau, 23, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of THC.

Derrick M. Packard of Wausau, 25, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of THC. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Devin J. Gress of Fifth Avenue, 19, is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 12.

Matthew A. Shrecengost of Clermont Street, 24, is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A court appearance is set for January 12.

Benjamin J. Baraniak of Appleton, 23, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. The incidents occurred on December 14. An initial appearance is scheduled for January 6.

Justin F. Jacoby of Lily, 22, is charged with fraud to innkeeper for nonpayment, which happened on November 29. His initial appearance is set for January 26.
