Judith M. Steckbauer of Sunnyside Road, 33, received a $500 signature bond for charges of interfering with child custody and felony bail jumping. Her next court appearance is scheduled for January 26.
Larry M. Urick of Sixth Avenue, 26, received sentencing during a probation revocation hearing. 180 days jail time to be served for criminal trespass to dwelling and resisting or obstructing an officer, with credit for 135 days of time already served. 18 months probation for felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct. One year probation for felony bail jumping in another case. 18 months probation for another felony bail jumping conviction. One year probation for another felony bail jumping. A fifteen day jail sentence was ordered to run consecutive to other sentences for a resisting or obstructing an officer charge.
Joshua J. Turcotte of County Road H, 26, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of marijuana second or greater offense. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.
Jermaine Birt of Dorr Street, 37, was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct.
Timothy M. Rice of County Road H, 41, was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and two years probation for burglary. He must also pay $2,083 in restitution. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed.
