Langlade County criminal court activity 12.01.2014.

Mark A. Blahnik of Clintonville, 44, was fined $100 plus court costs each for possession of marijuana and operating while revoked.

Robert D. Packard of Deerbrook 18, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of possessing an illegally obtained prescription. His next court appearance is set for January 12.

Kirk W. Iwen of Mayfair Street, 54, was sentenced to 100 days in jail for operating while intoxicated fourth offense. He was fined $2,135. His drivers license was revoked for 27 months. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year and attend alcohol assessment with follow through.



New charges filed today:

Cody T. Carter of Appleton, 24, is charged with operating with restricted controlled substance second offense, operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater and possessing drug paraphernalia as a repeater. The incidents took place on November 27. His next court date is January 12.

Amy L. Koszarek of Deleglise Street, 30, is charged with six counts of possessing an illegally obtained prescription. She is scheduled to return to court on January 12.

Marissa M. Tietsort of South Superior Street, 24, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Her next court date is December 29.
