Elmira J. Corn of Neopit, 24, was sentenced to six months probation for an amended charge of misdemeanor retail theft. She must also attend counseling and pay court costs.
New charges filed today:
Matthew V. West Waldner of Fourth Avenue, 20, is charged with exposing child to harmful material, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents occurred on August 31, 2014.
Walker J. Jankowski of Highway 45, 20, is charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping, which happened on November 18. An initial appearance is scheduled for December 16.
Rebecca L. Schafer of White Lake, 42, is charged with disorderly conduct, which occurred on November 16. An initial appearance is set for December 22.
