Beau T. Bostwick of Lily, 19, was sentenced to 30 days jail for an amended charge of fourth degree sexual assault. A two year deferred prosecution was ordered for second degree sexual assault of a child.
Dean A. Neumann of Ninth Avenue, 36, received a 12 month jail term during a revocation hearing. He was convicted of theft and three counts of forgery. A credit of 238 days will be given for time served.
Laura J. Kelly, 29, of Viola, formerly of Antigo, was sentenced to two years probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin. A two year deferred prosecution was ordered for distribution of hazardous substance with abuse known (bath salts). A felony bail jumping was amended to misdemeanor with punishment of one year probation running concurrent with other probation term. Charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place and neglecting a child were dismissed. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.
New charges filed today:
Judith M. Steckbauer of Sunnyside Road, 33, is charged with interfering with child custody and felony bail jumping. The incidents happened on October 31.
Autumn N. Jackson of Ninth Avenue, 20, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and operating without a valid license third offense within three years. The incidents occurred on October 30.
