Langlade County criminal court activity 11.10.2014.
Gilbert A. Forster Jr. of State Road 64, age 33, received a $2,500 signature bond for a theft charge. As a condition of bond, he must not have contact with the victims. He is scheduled to return to court on December 8.
Keah M. Forster of State Road 64, age 30, also received a $2,500 signature bond for a theft charge and must not have contact with the victims. Her next court date is December 8.
Lynette R. Lanik of First Avenue, 56, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of forgery. A condition of bond is no contact with the victim. She is scheduled to return to court on December 8.
New charges filed today:
Robert A. Wearing of Third Avenue, is charged with manufacturing or delivering schedule I, II narcotics. The incident occurred on June 1. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 24.
Romeao M. Cavitt of Lincoln Street, 36, is charged with possession of narcotic drugs as a repeater. His next court date is November 17.
Anthony J. Flasch of North Avenue, 29, is charged with operating while intoxicated second offense.
